Folksy Friday : Add That Shabby Chic Touch...
This week for my Folksy Friday I decided to go with a "shabby chic" theme. I looked specifically for items that your could buy to inject just that little touch of the shabby-chic vibe into your home, without totally alienating any possible male inhabitants! (Personally I would buy them all and blow the consequences, but then I do have a very understanding hubby!!)

Folksy Friday - Could YOU be a Material Girl (or Guy) ??
This week I have made a slight departure from the norm with my Folksy Friday theme - I have decided to feature some of the fantastic items you can buy under the "Materials" listings.
As a relative newcomer myself to the crafting scene (or shall we say, late starter?) I am still excited every time I see a new craft or technique - and I itch to have a go. With this in mind I thought I would put together this selection, to hopefully inspire some new crafters, or existing crafters to try new things - and also because I am aware that most of us compile our list from the beautiful finished items for sale - and I don't want the materials seller to get forgotten! Your items are just as lovely too!!
